Welcome to 121 Driving Tuition Booking System. By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms.
Lessons can be booked through our online system or directly with an instructor (for example, after a lesson, via SMS, WhatsApp or phone call). Booking requires providing valid contact information and the address where the lesson will start (usually the student’s residence).
When making a first booking online, the student must pay a deposit of £35 (equivalent to one lesson) towards their future driving course. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of the driving course.
Each lesson must be paid by bank transfer to the selected instructor’s account before the lesson or immediately after it finishes, but no later than 24 hours after the lesson. Payment can also be made in cash during the lesson. If payment is not made within the specified time, the instructor reserves the right to:
Cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson is possible at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the lesson may incur a charge for the missed lesson, at the discretion of the instructor.
Changes can be made via the online booking system or by contacting the instructor directly (SMS, WhatsApp or phone).
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the lesson being shortened or cancelled.
121 Driving Tuition is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to comply with traffic laws. Students must comply with traffic regulations and the instructor’s instructions at all times.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notification to users on the website. Continued use of the system after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
All disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
